01 / An exotic mushroom farm in Goa

Some of the most remarkable
things begin quietly.

Under the surface, a world of possibility is taking shape. We’re building a mushroom farm in Goa that pairs the intelligence of fungi with attentive cultivation. Good ingredients, grown with care.

Goa is where we’re putting down roots. Against Goa’s rich agricultural landscape and coastal climate, our approach brings modern cultivation science indoors: dedicated growing environments designed around the needs of fungi, and ingredients chosen with local kitchens in mind.

Our roots, our story
02 / The inaugural curation

Four expressions
of nature.

Distinctive forms. Beautiful textures.
A collection chosen for its character in the kitchen.

Kitchen notesEarthy, nutty flavour with stems that retain a pleasant bite. Sauté for risotto, fold into pasta, or roast whole clusters.

03 / Nature meets precision

Care is an art.
And a practice.

From the first thread of mycelium to the final harvest, each stage deserves its own space, conditions, and attention.

The growing journey
01

Begin with intention

Thoughtfully prepared substrates and hygienic handling form the foundation of our cultivation design.

02

Listen to the environment

We’re integrating IoT monitoring into the farm design to track temperature, moisture, fresh air, and light, with conditions tailored to each variety.

03

Carry the care through

Dedicated growing spaces, careful grading, packing, and cold storage complete the journey.

04 / From a thread to a harvest

A growing story.
One stage at a time.

A visual introduction to the cultivation journey we’re designing.

Branching mycelium threads
01 / Establish

A living foundation.

Prepared substrates give mycelium a place to take root.

02 / Grow

Room to flourish.

Species-specific conditions support each crop as it fruits.

03 / Gather
